For the employment contract the standard contract of the company may be used, but there shall be following main conditions:

 This contract of employment is executed and entered into by and between: 

a.       Employer………………………..of represented in the contract by Nealco International Pvt. Ltd. a license recruiting agency which shall be jointly and severally responsible for compliance herewith,

b.       Employee………………………………of…………………………. Both of whom bind themselves to the following terms and conditions:-

2. Basic monthly salary: The basic salary shall not be below the minimum wages according to the laws of the country of the employment of the minimum wages fixed by the govt. of labor of supplying country, which ever is higher.

3. Duration of the contract: The duration contract should not be less than two years, but in special cases where salary is comparatively higher than normal, lesser duration may be considered.

4. Traveling expenses: Both way air passages shall be borne by the employer.

5.  Accommodation: According to company's rule.

6.  Food: According to company rule.

7. Working days and working hours: Normally working days shall be six days per week and working hours shall be eight hours per day and 48 hours per week.

8.Over time: In case the employer requests the worker to work overtime or on holiday, the employer shall pay for overtime at rate of company's rule.

9. Leave benefits: The employer shall clearly state the weekly holidays, annual holidays and annual vacation specifying no. of days, and payment of compensation which shall be according to the laws of the country of employment.

10. Medical treatment: The employer shall provide free emergency medical and dental services, including dental.

11. Insurance: The employer shall provide necessary insurance against death or injury according to the laws of the country of employment.

12. Renewal of contract: The contract is renewable with the mutual agreement of both the employer and the employee.

13. Other terms and conditions: Other terms and conditions favorable to the employee not covered here in and conditions favorable to the employee not covered here in and which are provided by the laws of the country of employment shall apply and shall be the part of the contract.

14. Certification: The employer and the employee certify that they read the agreement and that they fully understand and both further certify that the terms and conditions together with the application constitute their entire agreement or understand that from aside from this contract shall be considered full and void.
